Can we contact supporters who enter our Text Raffle further?

You may decide that you have consent to send further communication to supporters who have entered a Text Raffle. However, this is a decision for your charity to make.

When promoting a Text Raffle, charities typically request supporters text a keyword to 'find out more'. Because of this, some charities consider that they are able to send further communications to supporters, as they have a legitimate interest in receiving those communications.

Once your raffle has closed, you'll find a list of all entrants into your raffle via:
