How can I see our supporters' full mobile phone numbers/Gift Aid data?

As standard, we partially redact supporters' mobile phone numbers and Gift Aid declaration data, until you choose to view them in full.

If you are an Org Admin-level Donr user, you have the ability to undo this partial redaction for your own profile, and for your colleagues' profiles.

Please follow these instructions to do so:

Donr Dashboard Menu to left side of screen > Team Management > Three dots button next to user > Edit > Show Data: Enable > Repeat for each user profile you'd like to have access to full data.
