What does Donr's Text Giving/Text Raffles Gift Aid declaration page look like?

Donr’s Gift Aid declaration page is used when a supporter is being asked to make a Gift Aid declaration related to a donation they have made via Donr’s Text Giving solution and covers all points required by HMRC for our charity partners to make a Gift Aid funds claim.
