Why can't I click any of the shortcodes in the drop-down menu?

If you have typed your keyword into the keyword field, during the campaign creation process, and all of the shortcodes in the drop-down menu are greyed out (as displayed below), this means that the keyword you're trying to use has already been registered to all of Donr's shortcodes by other charity partners. Unfortunately, in these circumstances, you'll need to come up with a new keyword for your campaign and check its availability instead.
