What wording and terms should we use to promote a text raffle?

1. The prize draw opens at TIME on DATE and closes at TIME on DATE.
2. To enter, text KEYWORD to 70215. Texts cost your standard network rate (check with your provider). You'll then get a free reply from 70215 telling you how to enter, with the option to donate to CHARITY NAME.
3. You don't have to donate to enter. Choosing not to donate won't affect your entry.
4. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except LIST ANY EXCLUDED GROUPS (for example, staff of CHARITY NAME). The text service doesn't work on Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile networks. We may ask for proof of age, identity and eligibility.
5. You can make up to NUMBER entries per mobile number.
6. Please spell the keyword correctly and text the correct shortcode while the prize draw is open. If you text the wrong shortcode, or text outside the opening times, you won't get a reply, you won't have entered the prize draw or donated to CHARITY NAME, and you may still be charged your standard network rate. If you spell the keyword wrongly but we reasonably believe you want to find out about the prize draw, we'll send you the free reply described above.
7. If you're a UK taxpayer and add Gift Aid, CHARITY NAME can claim an extra 25p from the government for every £1 you donate. If you donate, Donr will send you a follow-up text with a link to a Gift Aid declaration. Please read it carefully. Find out more about Gift Aid on GOV.UK.
8. There is NUMBER prize. The prize is: DESCRIBE THE PRIZE.
9. The winner will be picked at random, and CHARITY NAME will contact them by phone on DATE. If the winner doesn't respond to claim the prize by the end of the next working day, CHARITY NAME may contact the next eligible entrant instead, and the original winner loses their claim to the prize. This continues until a winner is found.
10. The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative, and the prize can't be sold or transferred. Unless stated above, CHARITY NAME and the prize providers won't cover any other costs or expenses.
11. CHARITY NAME and its subcontractors, subsidiaries and agencies can't accept responsibility for any technical failure or other problem with any phone network, line, system, server or provider that means a text isn't received properly.
