Go to Organisation > Team to add the people who use your charity's Donr account and manage what they can do. The page heading is "Team Management".
You can add as many users as you like at no extra cost. Give everyone their own sign-in rather than sharing one, and keep at least two admins in case someone leaves.
Add a user
- Go to Organisation > Team and select + New.
- Enter their Full Name and Email.
- Choose their Role Type.
- Choose whether they can see full supporter data with Show Data.
- Select Send invite.
They'll get an email from hello@donr.com called "Join [your charity] on Donr", with a link to set their password.
Edit, resend or remove a user
Select ••• next to the user, then:
- Edit: change their name, email address, role or Show Data setting.
- Resend Invitation: send the invitation email again if they haven't set their password.
- Disable MFA: turn off their 2-step verification (shown only if they have it on).
- Delete: remove them from your account. You can't delete the last admin.
Turn off 2-step verification for a user
If someone gets a new phone or loses their authenticator app, select ••• next to them, then Disable MFA. They can then sign in with their email address and password, and set up 2-step verification again from the user menu. See How do I set up 2-step verification?
Roles
There are two roles:
- Org Admin: can do everything a Team Member User can, and can also use Organisation > Team, Organisation > Bank account and Organisation > Payouts.
- Team Member User: can run campaigns and see reports, but can't use Team, Bank account or Payouts.
See supporters' full mobile numbers and Gift Aid details
To protect supporters' data, the dashboard hides most of it by default. Mobile numbers show only the last few digits, and Gift Aid reports show only first name and town.
To show the full data for a user, an admin goes to Organisation > Team, selects ••• next to the user, then Edit, and sets Show Data to Enabled. Repeat this for each user who needs it, including yourself.
This affects Reports > All donations, Reports > Gift Aid and raffle entries downloads.
