Spreadsheet programs such as Excel sometimes show long numbers in scientific format, for example 4.47E+11. The full number is still there. You just need to change how the column is formatted.
Show the full number in Excel
- Select column C. It holds the mobile numbers in both the All donations download and the raffle entries download.
- On the Home tab, find the number format menu. It usually shows General.
- Change it to Number.
- Select Decrease Decimal twice, so the numbers have no decimal places.
In Google Sheets, select the column, then go to Format > Number > Number and decrease the decimal places in the same way.
Numbers that show only the last few digits
If the mobile numbers are partly hidden, your user doesn't have Show Data turned on. An admin can turn it on in Organisation > Team. See How do I add and manage users on our account?
