Donr runs text giving and text raffles for more than 7,000 UK charities. If "Donr.com" or something similar is on your bill, it's usually because you gave to one of these charities.
On your phone bill
This is usually a donation you made by texting a keyword to a short number, such as 70085. It can also be an optional donation you made when you entered a text raffle.
On your card statement
If a text donation can't be added to your phone bill, you may be offered the chance to pay by card instead, through the Donr Safety Net. A card payment to Donr is usually one of these donations.
Find out which charity you gave to

- the mobile number you donated from
- the date and amount shown on your bill or statement
