When you text a keyword to donate, we reply to tell you whether your donation worked. If you don't get a text back, we didn't receive your message and your donation hasn't been processed.
What to check
- You sent the right keyword to the right short number. Check the charity's poster or advert.
- You have a mobile signal.
Then try again.
Plusnet customers
Plusnet doesn't let its customers text charity short numbers, so you can't donate by text from a Plusnet phone.
