If you were told your donation couldn't be processed, there's usually an issue with your mobile account that stopped the payment.
What to check
- You sent the right keyword to the right short number.
- If you're on pay as you go, you have enough credit.
- If you're on pay monthly, there's no spending limit or block on your account that stops charges being added to your bill.
- You have a good mobile signal.
Networks that don't support text donations
Plusnet doesn't let its customers text charity short numbers.
Some other networks don't let donations be added to your phone bill.
Paying by card instead
If your donation can't be added to your phone bill, you may be offered the chance to pay by card instead, through the Donr Safety Net. If you are, follow the link in the text to give by card.
