Supporters stop a monthly text donation by texting STOP to 70085. They can do this at any time.
This works whether they started giving monthly through a Monthly donations campaign or said yes to a monthly ask after a one-off donation.
If a supporter asks you how to stop, tell them this. If they need more help, they can contact our supporter team using the contact form or by emailing help@donr.com. We'll look into it with them.
