Can I delete or end a text giving campaign?

You can delete a campaign only if you haven't finished setting it up. A live campaign can't be deleted, but you can end it.

Delete a campaign you haven't finished

1. Go to Fundraise > Text giving.
2. Find the campaign. Its status is Finish setup or Setup expired.
3. Select ••• next to it, then Delete.

End a live campaign

1. Go to Fundraise > Text giving and select Manage next to the campaign.
2. Open the Duration tab and select End Campaign Now.

The campaign stops taking new donations. Its donations stay in Reports > All donations, so you keep your reporting.

Ending a monthly donations campaign

Ending a monthly campaign doesn't cancel supporters' existing monthly donations. We pay you those donations as usual, once we receive them from the mobile networks.
