Yes. Our Gift Aid declaration gives your charity what it needs to claim Gift Aid from HMRC.
What the declaration collects
For each donation where you ask for Gift Aid, we send the supporter a follow-up text with a link to a Gift Aid declaration. The supporter gives their full name and home address, and confirms they're a UK taxpayer and understand what that means for Gift Aid.
See what the Gift Aid declaration page looks like. For HMRC's own rules, see the Gift Aid guidance on GOV.UK.
Making your claim
You can see and download the declarations in Reports > Gift Aid. The data is private to your charity. Your charity makes the claim to HMRC and receives 100% of the Gift Aid it claims.
If HMRC audits your Gift Aid
We'll work with you. We keep records of every donation and declaration, including unique reference numbers, and we'll share them with you or HMRC when needed.
