When are donations paid out to us?

Donr pays out in monthly lump sums towards the end of each month. Donations are paid out three months after the month in which the donation is made

Donations are paid out in a lump sum towards the end of each month. After we have sent funds, it can take a day or two for them to appear in your charity's bank account.

Donations are paid out three months after the month in which the donation is made. For example, any donations made in January will be paid out towards the end of April.

This timescale is because it takes longer for payments to be processed by carrier billing (mobile phone payments) than it does for payments to be processed via other payment methods, such as card.
