We pay text donations about 90 days after the end of the month they were made in. For example, we pay January's donations at the end of April or the start of May.
We pay once a month, by BACS, into your charity's bank account. After we send the money, it can take a day or two to reach your account.
Why it takes this long
Donations made by text are added to supporters' phone bills. The mobile networks pass the money on to us a few months later, and we pay it to you once we've received it.
