Go to Organisation > Payouts. Here you can see how much we'll pay you, when, and which donations make up each payout. Only admins can see this page.
Pending and Paid
- Pending shows payouts we haven't sent yet. Total Payable is the amount we'll send, and Due Date is when.
- Paid shows payouts we've sent. Paid Date is when we sent them.
Each payout shows its Period, Reference, Total Amount, Fee, Processing Fee, VAT and Total Payable.
After we send a payout, it can take a day or two to reach your bank account.
Invoices and donations
Select ••• next to a payout, then:
- PDF Download to download the invoice. It shows the full breakdown of fees and VAT.
- Donations to see the donations in that payout, in Reports > All donations.
