No. Donr collects your supporters' Gift Aid declarations, at no charge. Your charity makes the Gift Aid claim to HMRC itself, and receives 100% of the Gift Aid it claims.
You can see and download the declarations in Reports > Gift Aid. To see supporters' full names and addresses, you need Show Data turned on for your user in Organisation > Team. Find out how to manage your team.
Text giving
When you create a campaign, choose Yes for Ask for a Gift Aid declaration? on the Donations step. Supporters then get a follow-up text with a link to the declaration.
To turn it on or off later, go to Fundraise > Text giving, select Manage next to the campaign, and change the Gift Aid setting on the Configure tab. Then select Save.
Text raffles
The standard message that supporters get when they donate includes a link to the Gift Aid declaration. If you don't want to ask for declarations, remove the link from that message when you set up or edit the raffle.
